Low CleanKing are following the most recent Information and following the government guidelines as much as possible Managers & supervisors ensure staff are following the most up to date information provided by the government and relevant safety requirements whilst on sites To remain up to date with changes in Government policies Manager / Staff

Precautionary measures are not being followed by staff

Low Staff may risk possible contamination to themselves & others and may results in ill-health

All staff have been informed of site specific requirements whilst cleaning i.e one way systems, 2 meter distancing, PPE requirements

Regular handwashing and changing of PPE equipment frequently to avoid contamination of areas

Gloves and PPE provided to protect staff and others

Areas of high traffic & touch points cleaned more regularly to avoid contamination

Staff protocols have been introduced at each site for staff reference

Managers to help & assist staff in following protocols ensuring they are being followed on a regular basis Manager

Staff do not report sickness and are unwell and attend work

Medium Possibility of contaminating sites and spreading COVID-19 to others People who feel unwell should follow the National Guidelines and inform CleanKing immediately

Low CleanKing staff risk skin/ eye irritation from direct contact or prolonged exposure to cleaning chemicals, vapours may also cause breathing difficulty Staff to tell area managers if they have problems caused by chemicals

Staff should not place hands inside bins without appropriate PPE

Waste to be disposed of following site disposal procedures unless it is confirmed positive waste, then this will need double bagging and left for 72 hours before following normal disposal procedures
